- What is Beach House Bucks?
Beach House Bucks (BHB) is a referral and partner program for Beach Houses in Paradise. When someone books using your promo code, you earn a 10% commission on the reservation, and your guest receives a 10% discount off the posted rate.
Promo codes can be shared anywhere you promote our properties — social media, email, websites, and more.
- Who can participate?
Anyone who refers guests to Beach Houses in Paradise can participate. This includes social media creators, travel professionals, past guests, and anyone else who shares our beach houses with their audience, friends, or clients.
- How do I sign up?
Create a free account on our Sign Up page. Once registered, you can log in to your Dashboard, create promo codes, and track commissions.
If you were already set up with a promo code before completing registration, use Complete Registration to finish creating your account.
- How is my commission calculated?
You earn 10% of the Owner's Rate for each qualifying booking made with your promo code. A typical one-week booking averages around $10,000, which means a $1,000 commission on a single reservation.

- What is "Owner's Rate"?
Owner's Rate is the rate charged by the property owner for the rental of the home. This amount is before additional taxes (such as sales tax) and before fees (such as cleaning fees).
- What discount do guests receive?
Guests who book with your promo code receive a 10% discount off the Owner's Rate at checkout on the Beach Houses in Paradise website.
- How do promo codes work?
After signing up, create a promo code from your dashboard or on the Create Promo Code page. Guests enter this code when booking to receive their discount and to link the reservation to your account.
Each promo code can have an optional expiration period to encourage timely bookings. You can set a promo code to Active, Paused, or Closed at any time from the edit screen.
- How do I share my promo code on social media?
On platforms like TikTok, mention your promo code in your video or post text. Many social platforms do not support clickable links in user content, so telling viewers your promo code directly is the most reliable way to drive bookings.

- How do I track commissions?
Log in to your Dashboard and open your Commission Report to see pending commissions, booking details, and totals by promo code.

- How do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked in your Commission Report. Configure how you wish to be paid in the Payments Manager after logging in to your account.
- What if I already have a promo code but haven't finished registering?
Visit Complete Registration to finish setting up your account with your existing promo code.
